Food is NOT included in accommodation or ticket pricing. Expect to chip in ~EUR 10/day per person for shared groceries


Kitchen Model

proposal: Hybrid - self-served breakfasts, shared light lunch (soup, rest of dinner from day before), plus shared dinners, with voluntary team.

Kitchen Logistics

Kitchen Czar

  • Appoint a Kitchen Czar (volunteer role from acceptance flow)
  • Responsible for: meal scheduling, shopping coordination, kitchen cleanliness

Kitchen Lead per Group

  • Collect a kitchen lead contact for each arriving group/cohort
  • This person coordinates their group's meals and kitchen use

Community Dinner Rotation

  • Teams of 3-4 people cook dinner for ~30-40
  • Each participant cooks approximately once per week > strong encouragement, no strict enforcement
