proposal: Hybrid - self-served breakfasts, shared light lunch (soup, rest of dinner from day before), plus shared dinners, with voluntary team.
Kitchen Logistics
Kitchen Czar
- Appoint a Kitchen Czar (volunteer role from acceptance flow)
- Responsible for: meal scheduling, shopping coordination, kitchen cleanliness
Kitchen Lead per Group
- Collect a kitchen lead contact for each arriving group/cohort
- This person coordinates their group's meals and kitchen use

Community Dinner Rotation
- Teams of 3-4 people cook dinner for ~30-40
- Each participant cooks approximately once per week > strong encouragement, no strict enforcement
